Shipping & Returns


FREE Ground Shipping on orders over $1,900 MXN

We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $10,000 MXN or more for all domestic orders. For orders under $10,000 MXN we offer Standard Ground shipping for a flat fee of $399 MXN. Free returns are provided on all domestic orders. For international orders (outside Mexico) see our rates listed below.


Mexico - 399 MXN (ETA 5-10 business days)

US & Canada - 599 MXN (ETA 10-20 business days)

Central and Latinamerica - 599 MXN (ETA 10-20 business days)

SHIPPING POLICY: 100% of orders are shipped within the first 48 hours of purchase time. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Your Super is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for MX orders and 30 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. 

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to COVID-19 return processing times are taking longer than normal. Please allow us 14-21 days to process your return before contacting customer support regarding the status of your return. Thank you for your patience.

IMPORTANT:  With limited exceptions, returns (i) are refunded to customer by store credit redeemable on and (ii) customer is responsible for return shipping charges. 

RETURNS: Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a full refund. Returns shipped after the first 7 days will be eligible for store credit (store credits never expire). After 30 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted. If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately!


All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees. However, we will provide a return label (at no cost to you) via email for any orders that were fulfilled incorrectly.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide us with the tracking number for your return ( Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.


EXCHANGES: At this time, we do not accept exchanges.



*Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages sent using your own shipping method. We strongly suggest using a trackable and insured shipping service. Shipment costs are nonrefundable.
